RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

To avoid disappointment, be kind enough to book all treatments at Kamali Spa Massages in advance. You can use

  • Cancellations or modifications must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If this notice period is not met, the full cost of the service will be charged.

  • No changes to the reservation time will be allowed on the same day.

  • The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances

Gift vouchers

The vouchers are valid for three months from the date of purchase. The person in possession of the voucher will be responsible for booking an appointment, where they will be asked to provide the voucher number as a guarantee. On the day of the appointment, the voucher must be presented either printed or on any electronic device.

Vouchers can be exchanged for any of the services of the same value we offer, in case the selected service is not the correct one. To change an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.​

​

If canceled or modified outside this period, the service will be considered completed. If the appointment is missed, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the reservation may be canceled. No refunds are allowed.

PUNTUALITY

If you do not attend the appointment, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled and you will not be able to return it.

AGE REQUIRED

​

The minimum age required for access to  Kamali Spa Massages is 16 years. Minors are accepted provided they have the consent and presence of the parents.

HEALTHY CONDITIONS

​

Please advise us of your health condition, allergies or injuries that may affect the service when you make your reservation.

Masajes Kamal will not be responsible for what may happen if it is not previously notified.

PREGNANCY

​

We have special services for expectant mothers. Please, inform us of your situation and let us advise you on the most advisable techniques during this special moment.

Recommended from twelve weeks of pregnancy.

PHONE

​

The atmosphere of our massage and spa center is used to reduce stress, so turn off the phone before entering. Remember that you are doing something very beneficial for your mind and body, so disconnect yourself and allow others to do so too.

If you prefer to use your mobile device, remember to always do it in vibration mode and avoid calls to preserve your relaxation and that of other customers.

WHAT CLOTHES TO WEAR

Kamali  Spa Massages provides you with a bathrobe, towels, slippers and disposable underwear during your stay.

Kamali  Spa Massages  opens From Monday to Friday, opem from 10:30 am to 8:30 pm

On Saturdays, open from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm On Sundays, opem fro 9:30 am to 3:00 pm
