RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

In the case of reservations with advance payment, cancellation or modification of the service will be made at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, changes in the schedule of reservations or refund of the advance payment will not be accepted.
Gift vouchers
The bonds have an expiration of three months from the date of purchase. The person in your possession is responsible for requesting an appointment, where you will be asked for the bonus number as a guarantee. On the day of the appointment, you must present your voucher in print or on any electronic device.
The vouchers can be exchanged for any of the services of the same value that we offer, in the event that the choice was not the right one. To change an appointment, please contact us 24 hours in advance.
If it is canceled, or modified outside this period, the service will be considered as performed. Failure to attend the appointment, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the reservation may be canceled. No refunds. I don't know
PUNTUALITY
If you do not attend the appointment, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the reservation will be canceled and you will not be able to return it.
AGE REQUIRED
The minimum age required for access to Kamali Spa Massages is 16 years. Minors are accepted provided they have the consent and presence of the parents.
HEALTHY CONDITIONS
Please advise us of your health condition, allergies or injuries that may affect the service when you make your reservation.
Masajes Kamal will not be responsible for what may happen if it is not previously notified.
PREGNANCY
We have special services for expectant mothers. Please, inform us of your situation and let us advise you on the most advisable techniques during this special moment.

The atmosphere of our massage and spa center is used to reduce stress, so turn off the phone before entering. Remember that you are doing something very beneficial for your mind and body, so disconnect yourself and allow others to do so too.
If you prefer to use your mobile device, remember to always do it in vibration mode and avoid calls to preserve your relaxation and that of other customers.

Kamali Spa Massages provides you with a bathrobe, towels, slippers and disposable underwear during your stay.
